Information We Collect ThroughAutomatic Data Collection Technologies

This informationincludes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet serviceprovider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, andclickstream data. We do link this automatically collected data to otherinformation we collect about you.
LocalStorage Objects: We may use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) suchas HTML5 content information and preferences. Third parties with whom wepartner to provide certain features on our Site may also use LSOs such as HTML5 to collect and store information. Yourexpress consent, if required, may be given in writing, verbally or throughelectronic means. Implied consent is given by your actions, such as instanceswhen you visit our Site or and as otherwise described in this policy. We maycollect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent forlegal, security or certain processing reasons as required by law to deter fraudand money-laundering, or for other legal purposes.
Your consent can be withdrawn bycontacting info@oovra.io. If you do not notify us of thewithdrawal of your consent, we will consider your consent to be ongoing. Shouldyou withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide any services to you.

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” (“DNT”)signals with which you may communicate. We currently do not change our trackingpractices in response to DNT Settings in your web browsers.

Wewill retain your information for as long as needed to complete the transactionfor which it was provided and the obligations under the Agreement. We will retainand use your information for legitimate and lawful business purposes and asnecessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforceour agreements. Because these needs can vary for different types of data,actual retention periods can vary. We use this procedure to better safeguardyour information. You can correct factual errors in your personal informationby sending us a request that credibly shows errors. To protect your privacy andsecurity, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity beforegranting access or making corrections.
